Privacy and your data
Last updated: 3 October 2026.
Who is responsible for your data
Harrogate Decking is a trading name of 360 Media Works Ltd, company number 12691769, registered office Varsity House, C/O A E Scott & Co, Falcon Court, Preston Farm Industrial Estate, Stockton-on-Tees, TS18 3TS. In law, that business is the controller of the details you share here, and info@harrogatedecking.co.uk is the address to use for anything to do with your data.
Form processing and transfers
The form on this site is supplied by HighLevel (LeadConnector), a US company, and loads from api.leadconnectorhq.com. HighLevel stores enquiries for us as our data processor. Because it is based in the United States your details may be transferred there, protected by the safeguards in its data processing terms.
Cookies set by the form
The form cannot work without a little storage on your device. It sets __cf_bm, a security cookie, and writes local storage entries (prefixes v2_, v3_ and form_progress_) holding session history, a browser identifier and your progress, so the enquiry can be linked to the page you started from. The provider also receives your IP address and browser type. You may clear all of this whenever you want; see cookies for more.
Keeping the form free of spam
A Cloudflare Turnstile check protects the form against bots. The form also loads resources such as fonts from servers used by its provider. Advertising pixels, including Facebook's, are not used.
Hosting
We use Cloudflare to host and secure this website, so it processes standard technical information like IP addresses. We don't measure visitors with analytics software or use cookies for tracking or advertising.
Personal data we receive
Personal data reaches us through the quote form, which collects your name, contact number, email, postcode and any comments about your deck. It is used for handling your request and nothing more, and there is no login of any kind.
When we delete data
We don't keep enquiries indefinitely: two years after you last got in touch, they are deleted.
Why the law allows this
The basis for using your data is your own request for a quote (pre-contractual steps) and, alongside it, our legitimate interest in following up enquiries.
Who sees your enquiry
Only our own team and the service providers named on this page see your enquiry, and only so it can be dealt with. We do not trade personal data, and we don't let others use it for sales calls.
Not satisfied?
Should you remain dissatisfied, the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) deals with data protection complaints in the UK.
Controlling your information
Your rights include getting a copy of your personal data, having errors put right, asking for erasure and objecting to or restricting processing. All of these can be requested at info@harrogatedecking.co.uk, and we always answer within one month.
Revisions
We may update this notice. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
